Visit the Vlkolínec

No, snáď už raz padnú aj tie moje vysnívané Čičmany...!

After a long long time, we stayed on holiday on Slovakia. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised, I don't know why I always make gibberish around this. We visited a Vlkolínec, Hrabovo, Špania dolina, I share pictures just from Vlkolínec, which I most like. Something you can find on my Instagram @_barbori
Three days I just ate our nationality food bryndzové halušky, which is potato dumplings with sheep cheese and bacon. It pretty heavy food and from the understandable reason I can't have seen it a nearly half year. We had enthused by the beauty of Slovakia and access of some restaurants (seriously in touristic season someone cooks just until three o'clock?) and go home... Some info about Vlkolínec:

"Vlkolinec represents a type of medieval village site of wooden architecture in the montane and submontane area. There is an undisturbed built-up area of cottages and chalets in landscape area made by narrow stripes of fields and pastures protected by massif from the North. The first written notes of the village come back to 1376.
About 45 objects of Vlkolinec folk architecture have survived till today. Vlkolinec is the only Slovak village, which has not been disturbed by new buildings and is still located on its original site."
